Low carb pizza roll recipes

Of course, the recipe ' low-carb pizza roll ' also fits great as a low-carb lunch and / or dinner in your low-carb diet. Just adjust the nutritional values for your portion or look for suitable recipes from our recipe overview . I just had to try it. As a base, I have just used my already proven cheese base made of cheese, cottage cheese and eggs. As a topping, I chose a slightly self-refined tomato sauce, cooked ham, some spring onions, sea salt and fresh pepper and fresh rocket:

INGREDIENTS (FOR 2 PORTIONS)

  • 180g
    Gouda (ger.) (16%)
  • 180g
    Quark (20%)
  • 3
    medium sized eggs
  • prize
    Sea salt, black pepper
  • 8 tbsp
    Tomato sauce (tin)
  • 1
    Slice of cured ham
  • 2
    Bars of spring onions
  • 1
    Handful of rocket
  • something
    basil

MANUAL

  • Preheat the oven to approx. 170 ° C (with circulating air) and prepare a baking tray with baking paper. I did not oil the baking paper extra. If you let the pizza cool down a bit before you roll it up, everything can be rolled up with a bit of caution.
  • Mix the quark, about two thirds of the cheese and the eggs to a mass. Season with some fresh pepper and sea salt. Empty on the baking tray and spread with a spatula all evenly in the shape of a rectangle.
  • Bake for about 15 minutes on a medium rack in the oven. If bubbles form, simply leave in the oven. It does not matter! While the bottom is in the oven, make all the other preparations: dice the ham, peel the onions and cut into rings and season the tomato sauce (from the tin) a little and refine. Do not forget to taste!
  • Remove the tin from the oven and let it cool for one minute. Then brush evenly with the tomato sauce. Spread the ham, spring onions and the rest of the cheese over it and put it into the oven again. Bake for 6 to 10 minutes until everything looks ready. In the meantime, wash and cut rocket.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool again briefly. Then spread a handful of rocket over the pizza and then roll it up carefully. Then place the roll in an aluminum foil, close it. Now you can apply a slight pressure on the roll and roll it slightly. But really with feeling. The roll tastes super warm - but can also be eaten cold for hours or the next day. Simply remove from the aluminum foil and cut into desired slices / pieces. Quantity is enough for about 2 people.

Mix the ingredients for the pizza base together and spread on a baking paper on a baking sheet and distribute evenly:

The dough then goes into the oven and is baked:

When he starts to blow in the oven, it's no problem. As soon as the sheet is taken out of the oven for proofing, everything comes back in again. Give the dough one minute before you use it. Already now you can test, if everything fits and the soil can also be removed from the baking paper. Then just as desired prove (not too much!) And with some cheese then again in the oven:

On the finished pizza I gave then still fresh Rucola. Then everything is carefully rolled up and then briefly placed in an aluminum foil. The result is practically a pizza Yufka. Could you eat so sure well!

For our pizza roll, we now cut small pieces of the roll. Delicious!
