INGREDIENTS (FOR 6 PORTIONS)
- 6eggs
- 50glowfat quark
- 10gground almonds
- 10gground flaxseed
- 4spChia seeds
- 4 tbsp linseed meal
- 1pgbaking powder
- 10gBrotgewürz
- 1teaspoonsalt
MANUAL
- Mix all ingredients together. Put in a ca. 30cm long box shape. Cover them with parchment paper. Smooth the dough on top.
- Leave the dough for about half an hour.
- Sprinkle the dough with pumpkin seeds, flax seed, oats, sesame seeds, poppy seed or sunflower seeds and bake at 175 ° for approx. 60 minutes at top and bottom heat.
